Summary: As an Acquisition Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving successful negotiations and securing optimal deals for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in negotiation strategies and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. This role demands a strategic approach, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to influence effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to secure advantageous terms and agreements for the organization.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client requirements to tailor negotiation approaches and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, establishing rapport and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and ensure a client-centric approach during negotiation processes.
- Landlord Engagement and Management:
- Identify the best approach for negotiation, catering it to each Landlord to achieve the best outcome.
- Complete necessary skiptracing to identify missing Landlord information and ensure complete and accurate records are kept.
- Deal Structuring and Value Proposition:
- Work with the team to structure deals that align with the organization's goals and provide maximum value to clients.
- Highlight the unique value propositions of our products/services during negotiations to strengthen our competitive positioning.
- Be willing to share best practices and collaborate on techniques and approaches that are ethical and replicable.
- Communication and Influence:
- Articulate negotiation goals and strategies clearly to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent approach.
- Influence counterparts through persuasive communication and effective negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving:
- Address conflicts and obstacles during negotiations by employing strong problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive and constructive approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure smooth progress in negotiations.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of negotiation details, terms, and agreements, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Note every interaction with each Landlord, keeping thorough records for client review and intermittent company auditing.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements are in line with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Track negotiation performance and outcomes, analyzing successes, failures, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine negotiation strategies and continually enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales negotiation in the telecom and EV charging space.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures.
- Strong understanding of negotiation principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for communication and documentation.
